My Accessory Collection has a fourteen (14) day satisfaction guarantee. Items purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchange. We offer free shipping on returns within the U.S. only. Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and free gift, if any, to receive a full refund or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such items and return them to you at your expense (return handling & shipping fee starting at $6.99).
Refunds or exchanges will be given to the original purchaser only. Exchanges can be made for a product with the same or greater value (the difference will need to be charged) than the original purchase. All refunds will be given in the same manner as originally purchased.
Please note that a claim must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order if it is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival.
Any lost or not received packages shipped within the U.S. must be reported within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
